Terms of Use for Convertix Effective Date: April 21, 2026

These Terms and Conditions (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of the Convertix mobile application (the “Application” or “App”), developed and operated by Pratham Pandey (“Service Provider”, “we”, “us”, or “our”).

By downloading, installing, or utilizing the Application, you explicitly agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree to these Terms, you must not use or access the Application.

  1. License and Intellectual Property Rights We grant you a revocable, non-exclusive, non-transferable, limited license to download, install, and use the Application strictly in accordance with these Terms.

Ownership: All source code, databases, functionality, software, website designs, audio, video, text, photographs, and graphics within the Application (collectively, the “Content”), as well as the trademarks, service marks, and logos contained therein (the “Marks”), are owned or controlled by the Service Provider and are protected by copyright and trademark laws.

Restrictions: Unauthorized copying, reproduction, modification, translation, or distribution of the Application, any part of the Application, or our Marks is strictly prohibited. You may not decompile, reverse engineer, disassemble, attempt to derive the source code of, or create derivative works based on the Application.

  1. User Responsibilities and Device Security You are responsible for maintaining the security of your device and your access to the Application.

Device Integrity: We strongly advise against jailbreaking, rooting, or removing software restrictions imposed by the official operating system of your device. Such actions can compromise your device’s security features, expose it to malware or viruses, and cause the Application to malfunction or cease operating entirely. The Service Provider holds no liability for damages resulting from modified operating systems.

Battery and Hardware: Media conversion processes can be resource-intensive. It is your responsibility to ensure your device remains sufficiently charged. The Service Provider is not liable for failed conversions or data loss resulting from device shutdown due to battery depletion.

  1. Data Processing and Privacy Convertix functions primarily as an offline utility. It processes media files locally on your device hardware to execute requested format conversions.

While the Application itself does not transmit your personal media files to external servers, the Application utilizes third-party advertising SDKs that require internet access and may collect specific device identifiers. Please review our Privacy Policy for detailed information regarding data collection.

  1. Third-Party Services The Application integrates third-party services that operate under their own independent Terms and Conditions. By using the Application, you acknowledge and agree to the terms of these third-party providers:

  1. Network Charges and Internet Access While core media conversion features operate offline, certain aspects of the Application—such as delivering AdMob advertisements, verifying licenses, or downloading essential updates—require an active internet connection (Wi-Fi or cellular data).

The Service Provider cannot be held responsible if the Application does not function at full capacity due to network unavailability.

If you access the Application using cellular data, your mobile network provider’s standard data and roaming rates will apply. By using the Application, you accept sole responsibility for any data, roaming, or third-party charges incurred.

  1. Modifications and Updates The Service Provider is dedicated to ensuring the Application remains highly functional and efficient.

Changes to the App: We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue the Application or any of its features at any time, for any reason, without prior notice. We also reserve the right to introduce charges for premium features, provided such charges are clearly communicated to you prior to purchase.

System Requirements: The operating system requirements for the Application may change. You agree to download and install updates if you wish to continue using the Application. We do not guarantee continued compatibility with older operating system versions.

  1. Limitation of Liability and Disclaimer of Warranties The Application is provided on an “AS IS” and “AS AVAILABLE” basis. The Service Provider makes no representations or warranties of any kind, express or implied, regarding the operation of the Application, the accuracy of its processing, or its compatibility with specific file formats.

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, the Service Provider shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive damages—including, but not limited to, loss of data, loss of device functionality, or failure to convert specific media files—arising out of your use of, or inability to use, the Application.

  1. Termination We may terminate or suspend your right to use the Application immediately, without prior notice or liability, for any reason whatsoever, including without limitation if you breach these Terms.

Upon termination:

The rights and licenses granted to you in these Terms will end immediately.

You must cease all use of the Application and permanently delete it from your device.

  1. Changes to These Terms We may update these Terms and Conditions from time to time to reflect technical, legal, or operational changes. We will notify you of any modifications by updating the “Effective Date” at the top of this document. You are advised to review this page periodically. Continued use of the Application after any such changes constitutes your acceptance of the new Terms.
